The room was very clean, the bed was super comfortable, and having a shower and hair dryer available was a bonus.

The hotel was quiet and wonderful. My room was bright. I liked that there were a microwave oven, a refrigerator, and coffee/tea making machines in the room. I had a perfect 10/10 stay during my 2-night visit.

It features perfectly clean and reasonably large rooms with microwave and sofa, for example. Excellent service, the breakfast is very very GOOD. The location is unbeatable, 1 mile from Shelby County Museum. The hotel is in nice area, next to Texas, Center and stores.

Our room was recently refurbished and spacious with a sofa as well as a microwave. Affable and very hospitable staff, offered us wake-up calls and ironing. - the food was good and the location was unbeatable.

The personnel was amicable and super friendly. The queen room I got was complete with an armchair, mini-fridge, and microwave. The location was unbeatable - very close to Center and also in the middle of Jackson.

I like that the hotel was not far from Downtown, resturants and stores.

The bed was a little too hard for me but I have a bad back. Overall wasn't a bad bed just too hard for my comfort. Maybe a little bit more options for milk...maybe a soy option would have been cool.

The bathtub in the private bathroom was a plus. The property is conveniently located near Center and Downtown, local restaurants, and stores.

The breakfast here has a lot of delicious food to choose from. 🥐 The rooms have two comfortable King size beds, an armchair, and a sofa for extra relaxation.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The value for money was excellent, with spacious and comfortable rooms that had everything I needed. The location was convenient and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the cook and even housekeeping.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was a wider selection of options. Personally, I would have preferred scrambled eggs or cheese omelettes instead of the Western omelettes that were served both mornings.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The value for the money was excellent, with a comfy bed, wonderful pillows, and a very cold air conditioner that made our stay during the T-Ball tournament in July enjoyable. The hotel's location was convenient, with always available parking spaces near the front door, and all the staff members were helpful and friendly, including the check-in receptionist.

One small improvement that could be made for the morning meal is fixing the pancake device, as it wasn't working during our stay.
